Gerard is a Senior Medical Imaging & Devices Executive with 35 years of experience in a variety of Sales, Marketing, Innovation and General Management roles. The last ten years he spent at Philips Healthcare, responsible for Business Innovation. In that period he also served on the Board of Corindus Robotics and Sapiens Neurostimulation, which both were successfully acquired by big Medtech cies. Presently Gerard serves on several Boards of Medical start-ups.

Frits stepped down from ASML’s Board of Management in 2021. He had rejoined the company in early 2001 as Vice President Customer Support, having previously been with ASML from its founding in 1984 through 1992. In this period he held several positions in engineering, program management and sales. In 2008, he was appointed as Executive Vice President Integral Efficiency and joined ASML's Board of Management in 2009. He remains an advisor to the company.

Frits is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kendrion, member of the Supervisory Boards of Aixtron (D), SmartPhotonics and PhotonDelta and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the DeepTech Fonds (founded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Finance). He is also an advisor to several listed companies in NL, D and USA in the fields of strategy, technology and supply chain.

Michiel is an international Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience at Philips Healthcare and medical startup companies. Presently Michiel serves on several Boards of medical start-ups and charities.

In the current phase of his professional life, he looks for opportunities to make a positive impact on people's lives by supporting the global introduction of medical innovations. He sees joining the Bambi Medical Supervisory Board as a great opportunity in that respect.
